Lecturer Politeknik Gajah Tunggal

Requirements

  • Male and Female
  • Bachelor or Master graduated from reputable universities
  • with majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related engineer background with GPA minimal 3.00
  • Has 2 – 5 years experience as Lecturer
  • Good in communication and effective teaching methods
  • Good in interpersonal skill; having passion as educator; integrity and loyality

Supply Chain Management Supervisor

Requirements

  • Female
  • Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
  • Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented, fast and precise
  • Logistic and supply chain experience is a plus

HR & GA Supervisor

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources Administration with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Has  1-3  yearsworking experience as HR & GA Staff
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Detail-oriented and precise

Retail Sales Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with min GPA 2.75
  • Has 2 years working experience as retail sales officerfrom tire manufacturing company
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Willing to travel

Marketing & Brand Communication Officer

Requirements

  • Female
  • Bachelor degree in Communication or Public Relation from reputable university withmin. GPA 2.75
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome, prefer with 2-3 years of working experience
  • Good in communications and interpersonal skills

Financial Planning, Analysis & Costing (Supervisor/ Manager)

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Age between 24-28 years old (Supervisor) and 30-35 years old (Manager)
  • Bachelor degree from  Finance or Accounting background  from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  • Has 1-3 years related experience for Supervisor, and 5-8 years of experience for Manager
  • Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Familiar with SOP Preparation
  • Detail oriented, fast and precise

Finance/Accounting/Tax Supervisor

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Honest and willing to learn more
  • Performance driven and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, fast and precise
  • Comfortable with routine duties

Industrial Engineer

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor or master degree from any engineering major, preferably from industrial engineering, with min GPA 3.00
  • Preferably with experience in similar field
  • Knowledge about industrial engineering technique and managerial accounting technique is an advantage.
  • Familiar with time management/time motion study.
  • Good in presentation skill

HSE Officer

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor degree from environmental engineering or occupational health and safety.
  • Excellent analytical thinking
  • Familiar with industrial operations and HSE issues
  • Able to work in long hours, especially during emergency response situations.

QA/QC Supervisor

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor or Master degree from any engineering major, preferably from chemistry
  • Preferably with QA/QC experience
  • Focus on quality and detail
  • Knowledge about management system and ISO quality system
  • In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methods
  • Knowledge of the company’s product, technology and environment.

Technical Support & Data Controller

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor degree from informaticsor electrical with min GPA 2.75
  • Familiar with software and hardware maintenance
  • Familiar with database system and procedures
  • Ability to communicate technical work
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem solving skill

Production & Engineering Staff

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Diploma or bachelor degree from mechanical, industrial, civil or electrical engineering with min GPA 2.75
  • Familiar with technical and electrical picture
  • Familiar with AutoCad and PLC
  • Knowledge about industrial engineering technique and managerial accounting technique is an advantage.
  • Familiar with the company's technology and how its products work
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn

Strategic Planning and Development Projects Portfolio

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor degree from industrial engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Preferably with experience in product portfolio management
  • Have strong personality and capacity of leading people
  • Methodic, organized and rigorous.

R&D Officer

Requirements

  • Male or female
  • Bachelor or Master degree from mechanical, industrial, chemical, product design, physics, math and other engineering background from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduate are welcome, preferwith experience from tire manufacturing company
  • Understand root cause analysis system and AutoCad
  • Finite Element Analysis skill is an advantage.
  • Familiar with CATIA and MasterCAM CNC machine
  • Innovative and excellent analytical skill
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
